Semi-Automatic Bottle Collector

◆ Suitable for automatic conveying of round bottles (e.g., connecting to conveyors of labeling machines, filling machines, and capping machines) to realize automatic bottle feeding and improve efficiency; can be used at intermediate connections of production lines as a buffer platform to shorten the length of conveyors.
◆ The applicable bottle range can be adjusted freely; bottle conveying speed is 30~100 bottles/minute, and the speed can be steplessly adjusted for flexible production arrangement.

◆ The turntable of the collector drives products to rotate automatically; products move close to the edge of the turntable under the action of the bottle arranging plate, and are orderly discharged along the bottle arranging groove of the collector.
