Cutter part
The cutter roller uses a hollow hard mold casting process and will not deform during long-term operation. The cutter is easy to adjust. Only one screw needs to be adjusted, which is simple and quick without stopping the machine. The surface of the cutter drum is coated with Teflon coating, which is more adaptable to labels and reduces the friction with labels. The cutter is very durable. One set of cutters can guarantee the cutting volume of 80 million labels.
Vacuum drum part
a. Using new technology, the weight of the entire vacuum drum is reduced by 40% compared with the previous generation.
b. The label suction block uses an original imported German suction block with a special ceramic coating on the surface, which makes the suction block hardness reach 65HRC and is extremely non-sticky to hot melt adhesive, which greatly increases the stability of the machine and reduces the downtime rate.
c. The front and back, height and height of any suction block can be adjusted separately, and the concentricity of the entire vacuum drum can be controlled within 0.01mm, reaching the industry-leading level.
d. The suction block is very easy to replace, no tools are required, and it is more convenient to clean.
Label guiding system
a. The labeling machine is equipped with an automatic label guiding system to automatically correct the height of the label, maintain the stability of the label, and improve the seam accuracy.

Bottle in and out star wheel part
The bottle in and out star wheel part uses a separate servo motor to drive the rotation, cancels the mechanical torque limiter, and uses electronic torque limit, which can theoretically achieve unlimited life and no wear.
Label placing plate part
Two label placing plates are used, one for work and one for standby, which can make label replacement particularly fast, and the magnetic powder brake under the label plate is cancelled, and two servo motors are used to make the label tension more stable.
