Working Principle
Air is drawn in by a fan, passes through a preliminary filter, and then enters a high-efficiency filter through a static pressure chamber for filtration. The clean air is then uniformly distributed in a vertical or horizontal state to achieve a high level of cleanliness in the working environment.
Classification and Selection
Conventional ultra-clean workbenches are divided into horizontal and vertical flow types. In terms of the number of operators, they are divided into single and double operators. In terms of operation mode, vertical flow can be further divided into single-sided operation for one person, double-sided operation for one person, single-sided operation for two people, and double-sided operation for two people. The selection should be based on specific requirements. Horizontal flow workbenches are generally more suitable for food testing, edible fungi, and seed culture. Vertical flow workbenches are more suitable for hospitals, biological research, and the pharmaceutical industry.
