- Round Bottle Labeling Machine: Select the 4th diagram above for left-in and right-out; select the 3rd diagram above for right-in and left-out.

- Backing Paper: 62g white glassine backing paper is required. It should be dense with good internal strength and light transmittance, firm and not easy to tear, with excellent die-cutting performance.

Main Components and Features
The machine consists of conveying mechanism, bottle separating mechanism, correction mechanism, bottle pressing mechanism, label scraping mechanism, label pressing mechanism, bottle guiding mechanism, etc. It adopts multiple advanced mechanical concepts, and the design of the main engine absorbs the labeling and conveying method of imported machines, solving the problem of unstable labeling of general domestic labeling machines.
Controlled by programming with electrical appliances of brands such as Siemens (Germany) and Schneider (France), it uses an advanced Human-Machine Interface (HMI) system to control the accuracy within ±1mm during label feeding. The frequency converter tests the synchronization of bottle pressing and conveying, and the actions of various important components adopt mechanical synchronous transmission, ensuring accurate, stable, reliable and efficient labeling. It is the best labeling equipment for production lines (or standalone use).
The entire machine is made of 304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy, with standardized design of parts for interchangeability, fully complying with GMP requirements.
Widely used in self-adhesive labeling in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, daily chemical and other industries, it is suitable for positioned single-sided or double-sided labeling and batch number printing on round bottles, conical bottles, square bottles, flat bottles, oval bottles.
The machine can be used for standalone operation or assembly line configuration, and one labeling machine can meet the labeling needs of two production lines.
