1. Working principle:
The machine is mainly composed of import and export device, rotary drum, vertical shaft, horizontal shaft, fuselage, speed measuring device, brake device and motor. The material is discharged by centripetal pump structure. After separation, it is discharged by centripetal pump and can be directly transported to downstream equipment. The drum has been verified by the precise dynamic balance, and the power transmission adopts the frequency conversion start, the growth rate is stable, the overload is prevented, the vibration is small, the operation is simple and the use is convenient. The bearings used in the equipment are made of Swedish SKF brand to ensure the operation accuracy of the equipment. After the machine is equipped with PLC electric control system, the program operation can be realized. After starting at full speed, let the operating water 7 enter the sealing chamber 6, so that the piston 4 rises and the slag discharge port 3 is closed. Then the separating material enters the disc separation area in the rotating drum through the feed pipe 1. Under the action of centrifugal force field, the impurity particles gather along the inner surface of the disc to the inner wall of the rotating drum. When the accumulation reaches a certain extent, the operating water 7 enters the opening chamber 5, so that the piston 4 is lowered, the slag discharge port 3 is opened, and the impurities discharge the rotating drum from the slag discharge port 3 and are discharged out of the machine by the sludge collector; At the same time, the light liquid phase is collected to the center of the drum and discharged out of the machine by the centripetal pump 2 to complete a cycle, so that the operating water 7 enters the sealing chamber 6, so that the piston 4 rises, the slag discharge port 3 is closed... And so on.
