The SBA-78 Bio-sensing Automatic Analyser is an intelligent instrument that utilises immobilised enzymes as its key components. Depending on the number of enzyme sensors and whether an external dilution unit is included, the instrument is available in four models: the dual-electrode model (SBA-78B2), the dual-electrode model with dilution (SBA-78C2), the triple-electrode model (SBA-78B3), and the triple-electrode model with dilution (SBA-78C3). The dual-electrode model can simultaneously measure two analytical parameters, whilst the triple-electrode model can measure three. Models without an external dilution function achieve 10-fold dilution measurements by controlling the sample volume, whereas those with an external dilution function can achieve dilution ratios of up to 250-fold. The instrument can analyse different samples by replacing the immobilised enzyme membranes. The entire analytical process is microprocessor-controlled, featuring automatic calibration and automatic dilution measurement. It has a wide range of applications in clinical testing, food analysis, industrial fermentation, environmental monitoring and scientific research.
