I. Product Features
The three-phase oil-immersed distribution transformer produced by our company features a new insulation structure in the core, which enhances its short-circuit resistance. The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. The high-voltage windings are all made of high-quality oxygen-free copper wire and adopt a multi-layer cylindrical structure. All fasteners are specially treated to prevent loosening.
The product is characterized by high efficiency and low loss, which can save a large amount of electricity consumption and operating costs, and has significant social benefits. It is a new technology product worth promoting. 

II. Reliable Structure
Based on traditional structures and mature technologies, our company has made many improvements, such as:
1. The adoption of helical coils with longitudinal oil channels for better internal heat dissipation;
2. Enhanced effective support for the coil end faces, providing stronger resistance to short-circuit currents;
3. The implementation of new hoisting and core positioning structures to ensure greater reliability during long-distance transportation and operation;

III. High-quality Materials
The use of oxygen-free copper wire with lower resistivity and a series of additional surface treatments makes the wire smoother and free of burrs and sharp corners, reducing the load loss of the transformer and enhancing its electrical performance reliability.
High-quality silicon steel sheets are selected. As performance levels improve, silicon steel sheets with lower unit loss are adopted to reduce the no-load loss of the transformer.
High-quality laminated wood insulation parts are used, which never crack and remain stable even under the effect of short-circuit current.
Deeply filtered transformer oil is selected, with lower levels of water, gas and impurities, ensuring the transformer operates more reliably.
High-quality rubber sealing materials are used, effectively preventing aging and leakage.
All raw materials undergo quality inspection, effectively preventing aging and leakage.
All raw material suppliers have passed strict reviews in accordance with the national standard ISO9000. 

4. Good technical and economic performance
The S11 series products, based on the S9 series, have an average reduction of 30% in no-load loss; the no-load current is reduced by 70-85% compared to the S9 series; the average temperature rise is reduced by 10K, and the product service life is more than doubled. Even under a 20% overload condition, it can still operate for a long time; the average operating noise is reduced by 2-4 decibels. 

V. Fully Sealed
The "M" in S11(M)R indicates that the oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure. Compared with ordinary oil-immersed transformers, fully sealed distribution transformers eliminate the conservator and use corrugated oil tanks as the cooling and heat dissipation elements instead of oil pipes. The corrugated oil tank is manufactured from high-quality cold-rolled thin steel plates on a dedicated production line. The corrugations can expand and contract with the volume changes of the transformer oil, thus isolating the transformer from the atmosphere, preventing and slowing down the deterioration of the oil and insulation moisture, and enhancing operational reliability. It requires no maintenance during normal operation.
The surface of the corrugated oil tank is treated with degreasing, rust removal, and phosphating, and then coated with three-proof paint, making it suitable for use in metallurgical, petrochemical, mining, and other environments.
