This automatic round‑bottle labeler uses self‑adhesive label rolls. Bottles are clamped by air cylinders with automatic bottle separation. It completes bottle feeding & labeling in one cycle; hot stamping coder is optional to print production date on labels synchronously. Controlled by PLC with synchronous tracking, label output is driven by stepper motor to synchronize label speed with bottle rotation speed. It is a mechatronic equipment with reliable performance. Self‑adhesive labels are clean, mould‑proof, firm and non‑detachable after application, featuring high throughput. Main frame: 304 stainless steel & partial anodized‑aluminum parts.
