The automatic round bottle labeling machine uses self-adhesive roll label paper. It adopts the cylinder bottle-clamping method, equipped with automatic bottle separation, and completes bottle feeding and labeling in one step. It can also be equipped with an optional ribbon coder to synchronously print production dates on labels. The machine is controlled by PLC with synchronous tracking; label feeding is controlled by a stepper motor to ensure that the label feeding speed is synchronized with the bottle rotating speed. It is a modern mechatronic product with excellent and reliable performance. The self-adhesive labeling machine has the advantages of hygiene, non-mildew, beautiful and firm labeling (no self-falling), and high production efficiency. Its appearance is composed of 304 stainless steel and partially anodized black parts.
