Labelling Principle

The hot melt adhesive OPP labeling machine is a new type of rotating and continuous operation labeling machine; Equipment can automatically adjust the container in and out of the transmission; The container transferred by the conveyor belt is separated by a certain distance by the bottle dividing screw according to the distance of the star wheels. Then, the imported star wheel will transfer the container to the container turntable. After the container is fixed by the bottle pressing mechanism and the mold base of the container, the container starts to rotate at a certain speed. Mechanical predetermined position during product rotation; And according to the trajectory of the mechanism for positioning labeling.

When the container arrives at the position detected by the electric eye, the label delivery system is controlled by the computer host to deliver the label. After completing a label delivery action, the high-speed cutter cuts off a label. The cutting label is sent to the gluing system; In this part, the system applies glue to both ends of the label, which makes the consumption of hot melt glue the lowest.

When the coated label is transferred to the labeling position, the label can be accurately and effectively glued to the container. Since the container is in a rotational state during the transfer of the label, the label can be attached to the container smoothly and tightly. The strip at the end of the label can form a good lapping seal of the label, completing a labeling process.
