Driver of labeling machine is made of Germany SEW Or the Italian TRANSTECNO brand motor, with reliable and durable quality.

1.3.2 Mechanical parts :

The support is made of 304 stainless steel with 3MM thickness on the side, and can also be provided with special support only according to the cross-section drawing of the customer's conveying line.

Top part support: two guiding columns and axial components are used to form the three vertices of the triangle.

Rotary device : Germany SEW AC motor ,Damark Danfoss converter to adjust the speed.

Positioning device : (mechanical positioning only for label position requirements ) : the use of mechanical cam-type positioning, in accordance with the customer's bottle to take the corresponding curve positioning mode. The structure adopts fan tooth and cam groove.

Base antiskid structure: base design with suitable convex concave stripes increase friction, avoid skidding bottles (specially for glass bottle),ensure labeling accuracy and stable,at same time avoiding to scratch bottle.

Bottle feeding and stopping device:prevent bottle straight into screw and damage the screw

Feeding Buffer Mechanism: The buffer mechanism controlled by servo motor is adopted to reduce the bottle collision and the pressure of the screw, so that the bottle can enter the screw mechanism smoothly through the curved curve.

Feeding bottle sector :suit for square bottle separate difficult design,improve square (round) bottle separating smoothly.With the labeling machine host to keep communication linkage, direct through the program control, operation is extremely convenient and fast. 

Feeding bottle start wheel: connect the main turntable gear,in charge of exorbitance between feeding bottle screw and main turntable,improved installation method,easy to change different start wheel,only need rotary right picture black handle loose it (different products can choose material)

Start wheel for bottle coming out:connect the main turntable gear,labeled bottle into conveyor smoothly.Changing the installation form,changing different start wheel,only need to rotary and loose the the black handle in right picture.(different products can choose material)

Pressing label sector: ,three dimensions adjust support system,foam roll for special purpose.

Guide bottle device: Double coordinates adjustable guide rail in SS.

Labeling sector:rotary type turntable to drive the bottles,labeling in rotating.

High speed labeling head ( 2set ):using Boshang patent design of new concept,increase strong rigidity making,multi-dimensional adjustment. convenient to adjust.

Safety protection : it can set up when turn off the safety door ,machine can run to prohibit injured for operators

Lack label warning: Using German LUZUE can set the alarm when the label is used out to alert the operator to change the label

Overload alarm: when the bottle get stuck, automatic stop alarm; After the person cleaned up, the production recover

Bottle jam alarm for botte coming out : after labeling and bottle outside, there is a blockage, automatic stop alarm.

Electrics adopt KEYANCE high scale motion controller. High scale motion controller choose KEYANCE high speed controller,integrate in motion control and logical control in one,basic instruction0.96ns,leading by double precision FPU realized ultra high speed,high precision treatment.ultra high speed internal wires,directly refresh response 1μs, Unit interrupt response 4μs,fixed period module executed 50μs.high speed input / output unit and high speed module analog input/output unit,high speed input 2μs, unit interrupt response 4μs,directly output response 1μs,high speed output 1μs,4AD change to 10μs/ch.high speed positioning unit/high speed counting unit,can realize real time refresh,refresh period 62.510μs,high speed counting unit maximum input frequency 16MHz.Motion control unit, independent integrated dual-core CPU, 100MBPS field bus, control period of 125μs/5 axis, can achieve high-speed and high-precision motion control.

motion execution part: 

YASKAWA-E7 series servo motor , and speed frequency response 3.1 khz, and adpot high resolution 24 bit encoder. Therefore, high precision positioning and enhanced vibration suppression function make the operation more reliable. Position and speed control type servo is used for high-speed labeling station, and high-speed communication instruction control type servo is used for bottle base control.

Label Requirements: In line with self-adhesive labeling machine high-speed operation of the backing paper, can not cut phenomenon, backing paper must be used with a certain tension backing paper or PET back paper;

2）

The horizontal dimension error of the bottle should ≤± 1.5 mm, the verticality error of the bottle should ≤± 1.5 mm, and the surface of the bottle should be flat,without water drops,keep dry or without dirty before it enters the labeling machine.

3）

The label position of the bottle body is plane, can not be uneven or spherical, so as to avoid sticking or wrinkle.

4）

The position of labeling should be ≥ 15MM from the bottom of the bottle body to avoid scratching or labeling.
