- Suitable for labeling the outer surface of various round containers. Can apply 2 labels according to the selected model.
- 8-station design, with bottle infeed and outfeed in a straight line.
- The label head can be adjusted in 8 dimensions and inclination angles, equipped with a position display for accurate positioning adjustment. All adjustment structures realize quick adjustment without tools.
- New type label clutch for more stable tension and smoother operation. Three-point label head up and down adjustment device for smoother adjustment and more stable label plate.
- All components are CNC machined with high-precision fitting, ensuring the accuracy level of the equipment, stable operation and low noise.
- All components adopt enclosed design to prevent dust.
- The equipment is suitable for industrial production, with all materials designed for corrosion resistance.
- Professional waterproof design ensures all bearings operate in a dry environment.
- Equipped with material flow monitoring device, the operation speed can be automatically adjusted.

- The label feeding station operates linearly and synchronously with the main machine, that is, the operation speed of the main machine is automatically adjusted according to the bottle feeding speed of the front production line, and the label feeding accuracy of the label feeding station is not affected.
- Open type bottle pressing head design, bottles can be manually removed at any station.
- Equipped with bottle infeed safety clutch to prevent bottle jamming.
- Fully waterproof bottle holder structure, which can adapt to various bottle types such as square bottles and special-shaped bottles and various labeling processes, no need to replace main components, and quick changeover.
- All stainless steel bottle guiding star wheels and surrounding plates with high finish, completely eliminating bottle body scratches caused by friction.

(3) Working Process
Products are conveyed from the upstream conveyor (or manually loaded) → Plate chain conveyor conveying → Material distribution → Photoelectric eye detection → Label dispenser receives the photoelectric eye signal to feed labels → Labels are quickly applied to the required labeling position on the product → Label pressing roller presses the label → Finished products are output via the plate chain conveyor

- Bottle Infeed Mechanism: Dedicated bottle inlet star wheel, gear-connected to the main turntable, with spacing adjustment mechanism
- Bottle Infeed Star Wheel: Gear-connected to the main turntable, responsible for material transition between the bottle inlet star wheel and the main turntable
- Bottle Outfeed Star Wheel: Gear-connected to the main turntable, which smoothly delivers labeled bottles to the conveyor line
- Label Pressing Mechanism: Combined structure of sponge and spring steel plate, covered with Teflon cloth
- Bottle Guide Mechanism: Dual-coordinate wear-resistant cast nylon
C: Equipment Safety Protection System
- Safety Protection: Keep the protective door closed during equipment operation to avoid injuries to operators.
- Label Shortage Alarm: An alarm will be triggered when labels are about to run out to remind operators to replace labels in time.
- Bottle Shortage Alarm: The equipment will stop and send an alarm when no bottles are detected; it will resume production automatically once bottles are in place, which adapts to assembly line production.
The overall mechanical structure is reinforced for high rigidity, featuring concise layout and stable performance.
