External Barrel Washing
The external barrel washing process is realized by the external barrel washer:
In a relatively closed environment (to avoid washing liquid leakage), the power head drives the profile brushes (for barrel body, neck and bottom) to rotate through a gear mechanism. At the same time, a high-pressure pump draws water from the water tank to continuously spray these parts. Through the continuous brushing and flushing action of the brushes and water, the shoulder, body and bottom of the barrel can be cleaned comprehensively, ensuring no dead corners in cleaning.
Empty barrels are guided into the external barrel washer by side brushes. The barrel-shaped external brush of the machine consists of three parts. The first part uses a specially designed brush to clean the barrel mouth, removing dust, soil and dirt from the barrel mouth. The second part is composed of special barrel-shaped brushes, which strongly scrub the barrel body to remove dirt without damaging the barrel body and printed patterns. The third part is composed of special bottom brushes, which can clean both flat-bottomed and concave-bottomed barrels. Detergent is sprayed during the cleaning process to remove dirt more thoroughly. At the outlet of the machine, a clean water spray system rinses off the cleaning detergent.
The whole machine is equipped with an overload slipping device to prevent barrel jamming.
The whole machine is controlled by PLC and forms a tightly coordinated whole with the internal washing and filling machine.
It is equipped with two independent water tanks and cleaning pumps for convenient use.
Of course, it can also work independently if not connected to the production line.
The barrel rotates more than 6 times during external washing, which can thoroughly clean the barrel.
The machine is equipped with a quick-release mechanical arm for easy operation, allowing one person to replace the brushes easily.
