B. The machine is equipped with sewage filtration & circulation system. Sewage is pumped out, treated by three‑stage filtration and returned to washing tank. Mesh‑belt running speed is frequency‑convertible. Air‑bubble intensity is adjustable according to processed materials, realizing real water‑saving, power‑saving and time‑saving performance.
C. 360° five‑cycle tumbling massage‑type washing with 16‑piece adjustable high‑pressure air‑bubble shock washing. Domestic original dual‑clean washing and barrier‑free tank‑body design. During spiral swirling washing inside the tank, only continuous air‑bubble vibration acts on vegetable surface, avoiding repeated collision damage to materials for enhanced protection of fruits and vegetables.
D. Vibrating conveying replaces conventional belt conveying with simple structure. It cuts washing time by 5 times compared with traditional belt conveyors, saving time and labor. Punch‑hole contact‑surface of conveyor effectively separates debris from materials.
E. Imported shock‑absorbing arms ensure stable low‑frequency vibrating conveying, efficiently removing excess moisture to extend material storage life and realize pre‑dehydration for subsequent dewatering process.
F. Automatic water‑circulation mechanism. Circulation water tank equipped with auto water‑refilling device. The whole washing system realizes truly unattended operation.
