Rinsing, Filling and Capping 3-in-1 Unit --- CGF18-18-6

This series of equipment integrates rinsing, filling and capping into one unit. It is suitable for hot filling production of various fruit juice drinks and tea beverages. With only a small number of parts replaced, it can also be used for the filling of purified water and mineral water. The production capacity ranges from 5,000 to 24,000 bottles per hour for optional selection.

Adopting the advanced micro-negative pressure gravity filling principle, the machine features fast, stable and accurate filling. It is equipped with a complete material reflux system and realizes independent air return during reflux without contact with materials, effectively reducing secondary pollution and oxidation of products.

The equipment meets the technical requirements of hot filling below 95℃. The filling valves and material pipelines are designed without sanitary dead corners, and CIP self-cleaning interfaces are equipped. An RO water rinsing device for bottle mouths is installed before capping to prevent bottle mouth mildew.

Magnetic torque capping heads are applied to complete cap picking and capping. The capping torque is steplessly adjustable, ensuring constant-torque sealing for plastic caps.

The whole machine adopts advanced technologies such as HMI touch screen control, PLC program control and frequency converter control. It is equipped with multiple functions, including automatic cap supply control, automatic filling temperature detection, high-temperature alarm, low-temperature stop and automatic material reflux, no bottle no capping, bottle shortage standby and cap shortage shutdown.
