The Big Herdsman BH625 standard egg laying cage is a tiered chicken cage with higher cost performance and higher efficiency designed by Qingdao Dameren Company. It is specially used for raising commercial laying hens! The chicken cages are 1250mm wide and each group is 1300mm long. Each cage is divided into 650mm steps and the chicken cage layer height is 640mm. It can be designed with 3-8 layers, which can be stacked according to the customer's breeding volume requirements. The breeding system's feeding, drinking water and medication, manure cleaning, environmental control, lighting, and egg collection are all automated, and each building only requires one keeper. The cage is mainly composed of 275g/m2 hot-dip galvanized steel plates and steel wires, and the product life can reach 15-20 years.

Technical description
- All cages are made of hot-dip galvanized sheets or zinc-aluminum-magnesium sheets, which have strong corrosion resistance.
- All mesh panels are welded with galvanized wire. The corrosion resistance is 3-4 times that of ordinary hot-dip galvanized wire mesh and has a long service life.
- The sliding cage door structure is easy to operate and prevents chickens from running away.
- The V-shaped roller trough has high structural strength, wide cross-section to save feed, prevents material from being thrown away and mildew-proof, and improves feed conversion rate.
- The angle of the bottom net is reasonable to ensure that the eggs roll gently to the egg belt, effectively reducing the egg breakage rate.
- A V-shaped water tank is installed under the waterline to prevent water from dripping to the manure belt, and the chicken manure has low moisture content.
