Working Principle:
The Regenerative Catalytic Oxidation (RCO) equipment is a type of organic exhaust gas treatment device that combines low-temperature catalytic oxidation with heat storage technology, used for purifying medium to high concentration organic exhaust gases. The RCO equipment is developed based on the Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) equipment, with a layer of catalyst arranged on the heat storage ceramic layer of the heat storage device. This allows the incoming exhaust gas to enter catalytic combustion and decompose into carbon dioxide and water at 200°C to 400°C, thus achieving the purpose of purifying the exhaust gas.
It can simultaneously remove various organic pollutants, with a simple process, compact equipment, reliable operation, and low operating costs. The RCO regenerative catalytic oxidation equipment generally requires the organic exhaust gas to reach a stable concentration of 1000mg/m³ or higher. The purification device's heating chamber does not need additional heating.
