二、Main performance
1、Refrigeration Air Dryer
The main function of the refrigerated compressed air dryer is to remove the water contained in the compressed air, refrigerant in the heat exchanger (evaporator) reduces the temperature of compressed air to the dew point temperature 2ºC-10℃, condenses the water or water droplets contained in compressed air, and then separates water droplets in the air through the separator, water droplets are eliminated outside the system through the automatic drainer. Then the drying process is completed. Under normal conditions, the water content of compressed air after drying is only about 0.59g/m³, and the drainage rate can reach 93 %. Users can choose the right type or add filters according to their actual needs.
Basic principle
· Flow of the compressed air
Moist and hot compressed air enter by the Refrigerated air dryer inlet, undergo the preposition air-cooler at first, (G type is special-purpose)drop the air temperature to the normal temperature, than enter the air heat-exchanger to drop same temperature as pr-cool., and remove some drip, and than enter the Freon evaporator to exchange heat by Freon, drop the dew point temperature to 2ºC, make the great mass of hydrosphere turn to drip, when through the vortex segregator, separate the air and the drip, the drip expel from the system by Automatic drain, at last the dry air return some temperature by air heat-exchanger and reach the exit. This function can avoid the pipeline rusting, and economize energy sources. After drying the dew point temperature of the compressed air is 2ºC, containing water no more than 0.59g/m³, the rate of drain can be 93%.
· Refrigerant system flow
The refrigerant become high-pressure and high-temperature gas being compressed by the compressor, after the condenser dispels the heat, it becomes the liquid. The main function of drier is dry and filters the moisture content or impurity in the refrigerant pipeline. And Sightglass can inspect the amount of refrigerant quantity and refrigerant’s dry degree, then after expanding the high-pressure gas enter evaporimeter, absorbing the heat of compressing air, make the air temperature falls, makes water congeal and form the water drop, and hot-air bypass valve can deal with the wind amount size in all time, adjust refrigerant is to the compressor entrance via the low-pressure liquid storing device or the refrigerant’s heat-exchanger backset current finally, and then continue use after compressing so it from the return circuit of refrigerant.
