Performance Description 1

This product is used for in-place cleaning of material pipelines and container equipment in dairy factories. It is also applicable to the cleaning of material pipelines and equipment in breweries, beverage factories, and general food factories.
The equipment uses a centrifugal pump to transport cleaning fluid for forced circulation in material pipelines and equipment containers to achieve the cleaning purpose. Therefore, there is no need to disassemble pipelines or equipment, which can improve equipment utilization rate and reduce labor intensity for workers. Thus, this product is an advanced cleaning process equipment.
The delivery and circulation of the cleaning fluid of this equipment require manual control.
The specific use of this equipment must be combined and matched with the equipment and pipeline layout of the factory workshop as well as cleaning heads.

Main Structure and Working Principle

This equipment is mainly composed of acid and alkali solution storage tanks, a clean water tank, a frame, three-way cock valves, globe valves, centrifugal pumps, etc. (See diagram).
  1. Acid and Alkali Solution Tanks & Clean Water TankThe acid and alkali tanks are used to store cleaning fluid. The composition and concentration of the cleaning fluid can be prepared according to the cleaning process requirements. Through the steam heating coils in the acid and alkali tanks, the cleaning fluid can be heated to the required temperature. The storage tanks are atmospheric pressure containers made of stainless steel plates. A temperature-measuring thermometer (S) is installed on the tank body to display the temperature inside the corresponding storage tank. The bottom of the tank body is provided with an output interface (i.e., centrifugal pump outlet) (a), two manholes (b) on the top, and condensate outlets (f1, f2) at the bottom. The clean water tank is equipped with a clean water inlet (d) and an outlet (g) to realize discharge.
  2. FrameThe frame is made of stainless steel and supports all mechanisms except the cleaning tanks, making the equipment compact in structure and easy for transportation and installation.
    There are eight telescopically adjustable feet under the frame, which allow the entire equipment to stand stably on the foundation floor through the frame. The base plate on the left end of the frame is used to place the centrifugal pump; the middle part of the frame is used to place the acid and alkali solution tanks; the right end of the frame is used to install the clean water tank and is equipped with an operating platform for observing the cleaning status.
  3. Valve Plug SealingSilicone rubber rings are installed at both ends of the valve plug to form a seal with the valve seat. This type of silicone rubber has sufficient elasticity, high temperature resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, and excellent sealing performance.
  4. Operation ProcessAccording to actual needs, the machine is operated manually. Press the "Start" button of the centrifugal pump, and the pump will deliver clean water for cleaning. The pump will deliver alkali solution for alkaline cleaning according to the required cleaning time. The corresponding alkaline cleaning time is determined based on the size of the container to be cleaned and the degree of contamination and scaling, after which the alkali solution is recovered. The operation for acid inlet and alkali outlet is the same.
