RJWJ-250G Rolling Mold Soft Capsule Machine is the main equipment for soft capsules.It can complete the preparation of gelatin mold, quantitative supply of filling (paste liquid machine),and packaging of capsules simultaneously.It is mainly composed of rack,transmission system,gelatin wheels,oil rolling system,pill maker,spreading gelatin box,feeding system,lubrication system,etc.The soft capsule machine adopts PLC program intelligent control,and the main shaft and feeding are driven by a magnetic levitation linear servo mechanism;each part can be controlled independently by using brushless motor,and the speed can also be adjusted as a whole;automatic mold alignment, automatic adjustment of loading capacity;self-diagnosing function;adopting a horizontal hub guidance structure,the operation flow is smooth, and the temperature of the large wheel between 7 ℃ and 20 ℃ is automatically adjusted through the touch screen to meet different production needs of gelatin or soft capsule;the soft capsule refrigeration system consists of an outdoor refrigeration unit,and the cold water is transmitted to the left and right gelatin hub wheels through a circulation pump,the sensors inside the system are used to automatically control the temperature of the refrigerant,thereby controlling the temperature of the gelatin wheels.
The mold size of the soft capsule machine host is: Φ150*250mm, and the precision of the left and right spindles of the mold is ≤0 .02mm, the left and right main shafts are driven by the Japanese Harmonic original gapless gearbox,and are driven by Siemens servo motors,the indexing has no gaps,increasing the seam rate of the capsules and ensuring consistent upper and lower seams,making capsule production more stable and reliable.The loading is controlled by a magnetic levitation linear motor servo,making the loading volume more accurate;the noise of the equipment running empty (at one meter)is lower than 60 decibels.The main engine and pump body are driven by a servo motor linkage,and the injection time can be adjusted online.The sealing design of the pump rod of this feeding pump is more convenient for the production of materials such as thick medicine,suspension,and traditional Chinese medicine,and the injection is smoother,reducing the probability of clogging the spray part and thus ensuring stable production.
The rolling part adopts servo control,automatic alignment,automatic switching of injection time,which makes operation simpler,and avoids human error.
Compressing type:pneumatic pressure system,pneumatic pressurization,digital display,easy and convenient.
The feeding system adopts linear motion,and there is no increase in noise at the highest and lowest speeds.
Microscale control of gelatin lubricant,basically no oil during pill-making,reducing production costs,and ensuring a clean working environment.
The soft capsule variety does not need alcohol cleaning,which avoids solvent damage to the capsule (except for the printed capsule).
Automatic adjustment of gelatin thickness,reduced gelatin making time,cost savings,and independent distribution control.The liquid level of melting gelatin is automatically controlled by a liquid level sensor.
Both sides of the gelatin are transmitted in a straight line without adjustment,ensuring stable production.
