Working Principle:
After the condensate flow is blocked by a special front valve core, it enters the valve cavity. The liquid level in the vessel rises slowly to the phase change pipe interface. The phase change pipe converts the signal from gas phase to liquid phase. At this time, the front condensate and the liquid phase pipe condensate mix and flow toward the special rear throat. Since the throat area is fixed, the drainage volume is maximized when the liquid level reaches the required normal level. When the level drops, the steam signal increases, reducing the effective flow area of the throat and decreasing drainage, thereby achieving level control.
