This product is suitable for seed germination of plants, seedling cultivation, bacterial and microbial culture and preservation, breeding of small animals and insects; quality inspection of products and other light and constant temperature experiments. It is an ideal experimental equipment for production and scientific research departments in the fields of biology, medicine, agriculture, animal husbandry, forestry, environmental science, etc.
Structural features
The inner liner is made of high-quality mirror-finish stainless steel material, featuring corrosion resistance, acid resistance, easy cleaning and no rusting.
The microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with P.I.D. control, ensures stable and precise temperature control. It features a 12-digit LED high-brightness digital display, which is intuitive and clear. It has excellent control capabilities and strong anti-interference ability. Dual temperature safety devices: The temperature controller is equipped with an automatic tracking and over-temperature alarm system. Once the temperature exceeds the limit, the heating system will be immediately cut off. Additionally, a temperature safety device is installed inside the working chamber to ensure the safety of the cultured materials.
The studio's unique air duct design ensures a gentle air flow, guaranteeing uniform and precise temperature inside the box.
Three-sided lighting design, with five levels of adjustable illuminance, simulates day and night environments.
Double-door structure: After the outer door is opened, the experimental conditions inside the working chamber can be observed through the inner door made of high-strength tempered glass, without affecting the temperature and humidity.
The shelves in the studio are made of stainless steel and can be adjusted in height at will.
An independent temperature-limiting alarm system is available as an option. It will automatically shut off immediately when the temperature exceeds the set limit, ensuring the smooth progress of the experiment.
It can be equipped with a printer or an RS-485 interface to connect to a computer for recording changes in parameters such as temperature and humidity (optional).
