The PT20 Pump Trap, also known as a 泵式疏水阀, is a steam-powered condensate pump trap manufactured by VMV. It uniquely combines the functions of a steam trap and a condensate pump, eliminating the need for electric pumps by utilizing steam or compressed air as motive power to return condensate to the boiler. This trap features a WCB/A105 body, is PN16 rated, and incorporates a ball float mechanism with an automatic control valve. It can handle condensate temperatures up to 204°C, with a maximum operating pressure of 1.6 MPa / 204°C and a maximum working pressure of 1.37 MPa / 250°C. Connection details include a water inlet DN25 RF, motive steam inlet DN25, vent port DN20, and drain DN15. The drainage connection is DN80 RF, and the steam inlet is DN50 RF. Body dimensions are approximately 405×380mm (W×H) with a side view of 240×380mm. It is suitable for GBT 12250/12251/12252/ASME B16.5/25 flanged connections.
