Working Principle:
The pulse bag dust collector is an efficient and widely used dry dust removal equipment, mainly used for dust control in industrial production. Dust-laden gas enters the dust collector through the inlet and is intercepted by the filter bags as it passes through, allowing clean gas to pass through the bags and be discharged. As dust accumulates on the surface of the filter bags, the resistance of the equipment increases. The pulse cleaning system releases high-pressure gas instantaneously through the pulse valve, causing the filter bags to vibrate violently and shake off the dust. The shaken-off dust falls into the hopper and is discharged through the ash discharge device.
