A microencapsulated compound product possessing dual functions of preservative efficacy and flavor harmony.

Product Features:

1) Clean Label: 0 added preservatives;

2) Dual Functionality: Combines preservation with flavor enhancement and harmony;

3) Processing Stability: Good heat resistance, applicable range from -5°C to 210°C;

4) High-Efficiency Preservation: Can completely replace preservatives like sodium dehydroacetate, sodium benzoate, etc.

Applications:

1) Baked Goods: Includes bread, cakes, egg yolk pies, etc., primarily addressing mold issues and imparting a characteristic aroma.

2) Meat Products: Includes pickled chicken feet, chilled fresh meat, ham sausages, cooked deli meats, etc., inhibits specific pathogenic and spoilage bacteria

3) Condiments and Sauces: Includes hot pot base, chicken powder, etc., maintains flavor stability under high-temperature processing conditions and extends shelf life.

4) Other Foods: Also effective in inhibiting yeast and mold in pickled vegetables and instant noodle sauce packets.
