1. ACHIEVING TECHNICALLY ADVANCED APPLICATIONS
- Preform injection mould from 1 cavity for wide mouth jar and gallon bottle preform up to 144 cavities narrow neck.
- Tube blank is designed with the help of computer, which surely contributes to the increasing of yield of bottle.
- Employs internationally advanced two-step dual taper locating technology. Each cavity self-locks independently to ensure low decent ration of product.
- Core and cavity are made of special mould steel after preheating treatment in the original factory in Sweden.
- Lip cavity is made of imported nitrated steel, which is of high hardness and long service life, in accordance with the international standard.
- The excellent hot runner design assures uniform heating and greatly improves the quality of plastic product.
- No cutting of gate is employed to reduce the labor intensity; Standard inter-changeable mould components.
- The life of mould is more than 5 million times.
2. Specification
- Stainless steel or P20 for mould base plate, all plates will be nickel plated, the HRC is 38-40.
- ASSAB STAVAX ESR S-136 (SWEDEN) or 2316 (Germany) for core, cavity and neck ring, the HRC is 48-52.
- Graphite copper plate under slide plate, with better lubrication effect.
- The valve pin imported from JAPAN, with material SKD61, HRC is 48-51.
- The insulator is DuPont from USA.
- The nozzle made by Beryllium bronze with HRC 38.
- The mini coil heater from Italy ROTFIL or Germany HOTSET.
- PID temperature controller.
3. Material
- Material: Mold base - P20 steel (28-30HRC), core/cavity/neck – S136 stainless steel (48-50HRC), valve pin - Japanese brand PUNCH, nozzle – Japanese BE-CU, isolator – DuPont material.
