The YB-150 series precision pressure gauge is mainly used to calibrate industrial ordinary pressure gauges. It can also be used for precise measurement of the pressure of various media that are non-corrosive to copper alloys and alloy structural steels, non-crystalline and non-solidifying. The YB-150A type is equipped with a mirror ring below the scale line, making the reading of the instrument clearer.
The precision pressure gauge consists of a pressure-measuring system, a transmission mechanism, an indicating device, and a housing. The elastic element used for pressure measurement in the precision pressure gauge has undergone special processing, ensuring stable and reliable performance. After being precisely adjusted and calibrated in conjunction with a high-precision transmission mechanism, it can guarantee accurate indication accuracy. Precision pressure gauges are primarily used to calibrate standard industrial pressure gauges. They can also be employed on-site in process environments to accurately measure the pressure of non-corrosive, non-crystalline, and non-solidifying media that do not attack materials such as copper alloys and alloy structural steels. The YB-150A model features a mirror ring beneath the scale, making the instrument readings clearer and more precise, and giving it a stylish and modern appearance. Its accuracy class is 0.4. The YB-150B model, in addition to having a mirror ring beneath the scale, is equipped with a zero-setting device and boasts an accuracy class of 0.25.
