II. Description of Baojie PET Series Injection Molding Machines

1. Baojie-specific PET screw significantly improves melting speed and quality, reduces plasticizing temperature and AA value, effectively improves preform shrinkage, air bubbles, flow marks and stringing phenomenon, and enhances preform transparency.
2. It features fast melting speed and large injection capacity. The plasticizing temperature of approximately 280-295°C significantly reduces the AA value, effectively improves preform shrinkage and enhances transparency, reducing the need for blow molding process adjustment for the produced preforms.
3. Low melting temperature and low injection pressure (100MPa) reduce energy consumption.
4. Increased ejector force and ejector stroke meet the ejection requirements of preforms.
5. Equipped with mold needle valve control interface.
6. A complete range of machine specifications is available to adapt to the selection of various preforms. Currently, the maximum injection capacity is 8000g.
