The following vegetable processing equipment is available:
1. Sorting Machine: This machine removes yellow and rotten leaves from vegetables during transportation. This equipment is made of high-quality stainless steel and fully meets food-grade standards.
2. High-Pressure Bubble Washer: This machine is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel. An elevator lifts the material into the high-pressure bubble washer tank, where high-pressure water sprays from above and bubbles from below agitate and clean the material. Tap water rinses the material again on the elevator plate before the cleaned material is sent to the next process.
3. Root and Tuber Washing and Peeling Machine: This machine is made of 304 stainless steel and features eight rollers with either high, low, or flat hairs, depending on the type of material. For example, lotus roots with uneven textures require high and low hairs, while potatoes can be peeled with flat hairs. A spray pipe also washes the skin while peeling. This equipment is primarily designed for cleaning and peeling root and tuber vegetables.
4. Multifunctional Vegetable Cutter: This multifunctional vegetable cutter can be used for slicing, shredding, and dicing vegetables during the processing process. It can also be used to cut stem-shaped items such as radishes, potatoes, and onions.
5. Fruit and Vegetable Withering Machine-Cooler: This machine and cooler consist of two pieces of equipment. The fruit and vegetable withering machine uses hot water to place the vegetables to be blanched in a withering tank. This equipment features an automatic constant temperature control (for example, the temperature can be set to 85°C or 90°C and remains constant within this range) and is constructed with double-layer insulation. The cooler cools the blanched vegetables in room-temperature water.
6. Fruit and Vegetable Air Dryer and Dehydrator: This machine uses room-temperature air to remove moisture from the surface of the produce, achieving the desired air-drying requirements.
