Product Performance
The active ingredients of PX-130 Polyether Defoamer are epoxypropane, polyoxypropylene, and pentaerythritol ether. This product combines the advantages of polyether and silicone defoamers: its defoaming efficiency is 2–3 times stronger than conventional defoamers, and it also features low toxicity, high surface activity, a wide pH adaptation range, low surface tension, and fast spreading speed. It can dissolve in water at any ratio and withstand high-temperature sterilization. It is widely used for defoaming in fields such as sewage treatment, fermented food processing, papermaking, chemical engineering, coatings, building materials, and detergents.
Usage Method of PX-130 Polyether Defoamer
It can be directly added to the production process. For sewage treatment, the recommended dosage is generally 50–300 ppm. Stir evenly after addition. The optimal dosage should be determined through experiments. After dilution, use it immediately and avoid long-term storage (otherwise, delamination may occur and affect product quality). If long-term storage after dilution is necessary, stabilizers must be added; contact our company if needed.
Packaging, Storage, Transportation and Precautions
- Packaging: Supplied in plastic drums, with specifications of 25 kg/50 kg/200 kg or customized as per user requirements.
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dry indoor place; shelf life is 12 months.
- Precautions: During operation, take labor protection measures to avoid contact with skin or eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
