The pneumatic volumetric twisting filler utilizes pneumatic and photoelectric control for continuous automatic portioning and twisting. Ideal for ham products and natural, collagen, or smoked casings. Its compact footprint and low investment suit small-to-medium meat processors, solving the limitation of non-automatic twisting in traditional fillers.

◆ Capable of filling diced meat and minced products with adjustable speeds of 30-40 cycles/min.
◆ Portioning error: ±2g (per 400g).
◆ Integrated automatic twisting device for animal and protein casings.
◆ Compatible with double-clippers using single, dual, or quick-change dual-tube configurations; the latter doubles production capacity.
◆ Operation: Cylinder-driven piston reciprocates within a volumetric cylinder for suction and filling.

Vacuum-state filling preserves quality; the flippable hopper facilitates cleaning. Built with high-grade stainless steel and wear-resistant components, it features imported control units and an advanced surface finish. It includes safety guards and provides self-twisting for various casing types (natural, collagen, fiber) and portioning for bottled/boxed products. An automatic vane compensation device ensures portioning accuracy within approx. 2g.
