Raw Materials: LLDPE (Taiwanese Polymer 405) or Hyundai 644 Low-Density Polyethylene (PE)
Characteristic 1: Acid and alkali resistant: Please refer to the polyethylene chemical resistance table.
Characteristic 2: Maximum temperature resistance is 70-80 degrees Celsius; freezing resistance must not be lower than -30 degrees Celsius.
Characteristic 3: This is a product designed for normal pressure. Do not apply positive or negative pressure exceeding normal pressure (1 atmosphere). If stirring is required (stirring speed should not exceed 60 times per minute) or the acid/alkali concentration is above 1.2, it is best to install a reinforcing sleeve and thicken the tank wall. This characteristic is particularly important for tanks with a capacity exceeding 10,000L. (For sulfuric acid and nitric acid concentrations exceeding 28%, use premium grade products and preferably install reinforcing sleeves.)
