Raw Materials: LLDPE Taiwan Polymer 405 or Korean Hyundai 644 low-density polyethylene (PE)
Characteristic 1: Acid and alkali resistance: Please refer to the table of polyethylene chemical resistance
Characteristic 2: The maximum temperature that can be withstood is 70-80 degrees Celsius, and the freezing resistance must not be lower than -30 degrees Celsius.
Characteristic 3: Normal pressure products should not be subjected to positive or negative pressure exceeding normal pressure (1 atmosphere); if stirring is required (stirring speed should not exceed 60 times per minute) or the acid and alkali concentration is above 1.2, it is best to install a reinforcing sleeve and thicken the barrel wall. This characteristic is especially important for barrels with a holding volume of more than 10,000L. (For sulfuric acid and nitric acid concentrations exceeding 28%, use premium grade products and preferably install reinforcing sleeves.)
