1. High-quality carbon steel frame, fully wrapped with 304 stainless steel, meeting GMP requirements.
2. Bottles are placed on the tray and pushed by a screw, suitable for slender bottles.
3. The work position turntable is made of high-molecular materials and customized according to the customer's packaging materials. It is driven by the main motor and a high-precision cam indexer to provide accurate positioning for capping and screw capping. The main machine speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion.
4. Filling is carried out by a 4-head piston pump (can be upgraded to a ceramic pump structure), with high filling accuracy. The filling speed and filling volume can be adjusted freely on the touch screen.
5. The cap feeding and capping mechanism uses electromagnetic vibration to sort the caps, automatically feed the caps, and uses a vacuum mechanical hand to apply the caps. No caps are applied without bottles, and the machine stops automatically when there is a shortage of caps.
6. Screw capping is carried out by a mechanical hand, equipped with magnetic slip protection, and the torque is adjustable, suitable for the screw capping requirements of different varieties.
