The PGFD series rinsing-filling-capping monoblock is an integrated beer filling equipment combining a bottle rinser, filler and capper. The equipment features the following outstanding advantages:

• The whole machine is controlled by frequency conversion speed regulation and PLC, with easy operation and convenient maintenance.

• All parts in contact with liquid are made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness. All sealing parts are imported, complying with food hygiene requirements.

• Rotary bottle rinsing system: the whole process from bottle infeed, bottle clamping, bottle flipping, synchronous internal spraying, to bottle draining and outfeed is fully automatic. It is equipped with the function of no valve opening and no rinsing without bottles.

• Adopts bottle mouth clamping isobaric filling method, combined with centering cover pre-covering function, ensuring accurate centering, reliable sealing between bottle mouth and filling valve, precise filling liquid level and minimal liquid loss.

• Adopts magnetic capping, with high-energy permanent magnets transmitting torque. The torque is adjustable, suitable for various plastic caps.

• Centralized or automatic oil lubrication system and fully open protective structure design, making operation and maintenance extremely convenient.

• Advanced CIP system can effectively clean and disinfect all containers and pipe inner walls before and after operation.
