The reciprocating dough slices cutting machine can be used to cut the slices into required shapes and sizes (e.g. triangle, square, strip, circle, ring-shaped and reticular, etc. such complex picture) via the up and down operation of cutters. During the cutting process, the conveyor belt starts or stops automatically and the running speed can be adjusted. The slices also can be cut into multiple rows by the rear rolling cutter.

Features of machine: The products can be cut into different shapes and sizes by changing the cutters. The upper and lower cutters and longitudinal cutters can be changed quickly.

This machine has certain requirements for the viscosity and thickness of the dough. The dough can not be too soft and its thickness is generally about 2-20mm. The minimum cutting size should not be the twice of the thickness of the dough and not less than 20mm. If it is over this range, the machine must be customized.
