Pallet Online Wrapping Machine---YCHX2000

This packaging line mainly includes a fully automatic online wrapping machine with automatic film feeding and cutting function, a roller conveying system (optional), and a control system.

Equipment Composition

1. Turntable Assembly
   • Composed of an outgoing conveyor and a turntable; the turntable adopts a fully enclosed structure, and the outgoing conveyor adopts a roller conveying mode (optional).
   • The turntable is driven by a slewing bearing; turntable rotation diameter: 2000 mm; slewing bearing diameter: 960 mm (limited by equipment size); turntable height: 500 mm; turntable speed: 6-12 rpm (frequency-convertible and adjustable); the turntable can be accurately positioned.
   • Turntable motor power: 1.1 kw
   • Roller conveying speed: 12 m/min
   • Conveying reducer power: 1.1 kw
2. Lifting Column
   • The overall electrical cabinet adopts electrostatic spraying technology for an elegant and generous appearance.
   • The film frame adopts a chain-driven structure for up-and-down movement, ensuring stable operation; the chain is a standard 08B roller chain.
   • Lifting speed: 0-5 m/min (frequency-convertible and adjustable)
   • Lifting motor: 0.37 kw AC motor
3. Film Frame System
   • Pre-stretching film frame: maximum stretching ratio of 1:2.5; automatic film feeding with adjustable feeding speed; film can be easily pulled out, and the film frame stops running automatically after film pulling.
   • AC film feeding motor power: 0.37 kw
   • Film cutting adopts an electric heating method, which is convenient and reliable; the film cutting cylinder automatically performs film brushing action.
   • The parts of the film clamping device in contact with the film are made of wear-resistant and elastic materials.
   • Power roller conveying: carbon steel galvanized rollers with a diameter of 76 mm; effective roller length of 1250 mm; roller spacing ≤70 mm; conveying motor power: 0.75 kw; conveying speed: 0-12 m/min (frequency-convertible and adjustable)
4. Electric Control System
   • The system is controlled by PLC, with parameters set via a touch screen.
   • The number of wrapping layers and wrapping cycles can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the wrapping speed is frequency-convertible and adjustable.
   • Photoelectric sensors detect height; all photoelectric switch brackets have sufficient strength to ensure no deformation during long-term use.
   • Both turntable rotation and film frame lifting adopt stepless frequency-convertible speed regulation for easy control of packaging effect.
