This line uses a low-temperature sterilization process for cleaning, sterilization, cooling, and drying of filled and sealed food/beverages such as jelly, dairy, and meat products. The blanching machine handles pre-treatment of vegetables, fruits, and meat. It consists of blanching and cooling sections with steam or electric heating. Featuring adjustable temperature and variable frequency speed control, it suits various products. The design includes an independent inner liner and a welded frame for durability. The 5cm insulation layer in the blanching section ensures heat efficiency and energy savings. The cooling section uses natural water circulation for rapid cooling to maintain product texture.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel, the blanching line (blanching and cooling parts) operates under atmospheric pressure for safety. It features rapid enzyme inactivation, color protection, and immediate cooling to preserve the natural color of fruits and vegetables.
