Online Cap Disinfection & Washing Machine
1. Product Overview
Caps are sorted by the cap sorter and then delivered into the washing machine. They go through disinfection rinsing and high-concentration water rinsing in sequence, and finally slide into the cap feeding port via the fully enclosed guide rail.
2. Equipment Composition
This machine is composed of cap sorter, cap feeding & reverse cap detection device, enclosed cap conveying guide rail, water tank, water pump and spray nozzles.
3. Main Features
- Equipped with step-type cap elevator. It features high lifting efficiency, low noise and minimal abrasion to caps.
- Adopts high-efficiency centrifugal sorting with little wear on caps.
- The main body is designed with linear tracks fitted with inclined nozzles. The fully enclosed track is installed with detachable glass windows for operation observation and easy maintenance.
- Built-in cap detection mechanism. It sends signals to control the start and stop of the cap elevator.
- A device is installed at the filling and capping section to prevent reversed caps from entering the capping turntable. The special guide rail ensures smooth feeding of wet caps.
