Wear of the high-pressure stage piston rings due to high working pressure is a common problem for oil-free compressors. Tepure's patented non-contact design has completely changed the requirements for the material of the ring body, breaking the monopoly of European and American countries on the material technology of piston rings, and making the service life of the high-pressure stage ring almost the same as that of the low-pressure stage.
The Patotech team has overcome the limitations of the traditional oil-free compressor valve design and created a unique design that uses extra-large channel valves. Without increasing the external dimensions of the valves, the effective flow cross-section of each valve has almost doubled. Thus, while maintaining the original effective flow cross-section at least, the number of valves has been reduced from 14 per unit to 8 per unit. This not only significantly reduces costs but also reduces the clearance volume and improves the efficiency of the compressor.
