The ONH5500 series oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen analyzer, launched by Steel Research Institute NCS in 2020, is a brand-new analyzer featuring combined determination of the three elements, a high-efficiency, low-flow-rate gas path, and an intelligent software system. It can quickly and accurately determine oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen across the entire range in solid inorganic materials such as steel, metal powders, non-ferrous metals, ceramics, and minerals, representing another significant achievement for Steel Research Institute NCS's gas analysis instrument brand.

Instrument Features:

1. Employs non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) technology for oxygen and hydrogen measurement; utilizes high-sensitivity thermal conductivity technology for nitrogen measurement; can simultaneously measure O, N, and H elements in a single analysis.

2. A highly efficient, newly designed pulse heating furnace capable of reaching temperatures above 3000℃, melting various solid inorganic samples.

3. A highly efficient and streamlined analytical gas path, saving expensive He carrier gas and reducing analytical costs.

4. User-friendly software operation mode; real-time monitoring of key instrument parameters; rich self-diagnostic functions including automatic leak detection.

5. Flexible software method settings; top-tier linearization algorithm.

6. Automatic channel switching between high and low ranges during analysis.

7. A highly stable flow control system ensures the accuracy of analytical results.

8. Modular detection unit design; allows for free selection and combination of O, N, and H elements, ensuring high efficiency and rational utilization. Instrument Parameters:

Low Oxygen: 0.1ppm~0.5%; High Oxygen: 0.5%--20%;

Low Nitrogen: 0.1ppm~0.5%; High Nitrogen: 0.5%--50%

Hydrogen: 0.1ppm~2000ppm

(Note: Changing the sample weight can extend the analytical range)

Analytical Accuracy

Oxygen, Nitrogen: 1ppm or 1%;

Hydrogen: 0.2ppm or 2%

(Note: Based on the standard deviation or uncertainty of the reference material)
