Purpose: Basic culture medium, general bacterial enrichment.
Inspection principle Peptone and beef extract provide essential nutrients for growth, such as carbon and nitrogen sources, vitamins and growth factors. Sodium chloride is used to maintain the osmotic pressure of the culture medium.
Usage: Weigh 18 grams of this product, add it to 1000ml of distilled water, heat and boil to dissolve, aliquot, sterilize at 115℃ under high pressure for 30 minutes, and set aside for later use.
Quality control Prepare the culture medium according to the label usage, inoculate the following quality control strains, and place it in an aerobic culture at 30-35℃ for 18-24 hours.
