Internal Barrel Rinsing & Automatic Barrel Unloading
This process is realized by the barrel washing and filling machine:
When the electric eye installed at the tail of the machine body detects the barrels sent by the feeding manipulator, the barrel conveying mechanism inside the machine starts working to send the barrels to the first rinsing station, and then the conveying mechanism stops. The internal rinsing adopts 12 independently controlled 4-row lifting high-pressure internal spray rinsing, with the maximum rinsing time of 20 seconds.
- Rinsing Station 1: Draining
- Rinsing Stations 2-3: Hot alkaline water rinsing to clean scale and impurities inside the barrel. An air outlet is installed above the stations to discharge mist. The water tank is equipped with liquid level and temperature control devices for automatic temperature control.
- Rinsing Station 4: Backwater rinsing to thoroughly rinse residual alkaline solution.
- Rinsing Stations 5-8: Disinfectant rinsing. The disinfectant is circulated to rinse the inside of the barrel to kill microorganisms and bacteria.
- Rinsing Station 9: Sterile water rinsing to further eliminate any reactivated or surviving microorganisms (bacteria).
- Rinsing Station 10: Draining
The medicinal solution is circulated, and the side stream is recycled through stainless steel mesh filtration, facilitating sampling and testing. Each water tank is specially equipped with a low liquid level alarm and shutdown function.
The chain stops moving during rinsing, and double-layer anti-water channeling partitions prevent water channeling.
The manipulator unloads the barrels smoothly with no noise. It is suitable for various barrels produced by different manufacturers without barrel jamming.
Non-Contact Variable-Frequency Filling
It adopts a bottle mouth clamping structure with accurate positioning, avoiding misalignment between the bottle mouth and the filling pipe caused by barrel size differences.
The filling process is controlled by frequency conversion: large flow rate is adopted first, and small flow rate is switched when filling reaches 80% to avoid water overflow and save finished water.
It adopts patented variable-frequency filling technology with fast filling speed and accurate liquid level control, achieving an output of 300 barrels per hour.
