The NSM100A stacked broiler cage system, developed and designed by Damuren, features excellent ventilation, automatic feeding, watering, and manure removal, and manual catching. It measures 1250mm long by 1000mm wide, with a 600mm high floor. The cages have a 450mm ventilation gap above the cages and 50 & 80mm ventilation openings below. Each cage can house 25 white-feathered broilers (2.5kg).

Main System
- The main frame is made of spangle-free hot-dip galvanized steel with a 275g/m² thickness. The cage wires are welded or post-weld hot-dip galvanized using galvanized aluminum wire for a long service life.
- New vertical connection on the chicken outlet side: Closely attached to the bottom mesh, the outward-turned design prevents manure leakage and facilitates flushing.
- New threaded rope clamp: The threaded rope clamp on the adjustment plate prevents loss, saving labor and improving efficiency.
- Integrated edge-sealed injection-molded mesh: Used with the chicken retaining plate, it is comfortable, harmless to the chickens, and prevents manure from leaking into the lower trough and chicks, saving labor.

Manure Cleaning System
- The longitudinal manure belt utilizes 1.0mm thick PP belting, offering a smooth surface and high strength, ensuring clean manure removal and preventing deviation.
- The transverse manure cleaning frame is fully hot-dip galvanized, and the conveyor belt is constructed of PVC with a seamless welded design and installed in a circular configuration, ensuring strength, performance, and longevity.
Water Supply System
- The unified, upgraded drinking water system offers reliable quality, prevents leaks, reduces labor, and prevents damage to water lines caused by human error.
- The drinking nipple features a 360° side-spraying system, creating a water droplet pattern that encourages drinking.
