At the same time, it can be used in combination with forced circulation evaporators and crystallizers according to the nature of the material for the evaporation and crystallization processes of materials with high viscosity, easy scaling and containing crystals. The evaporation device is equipped with a steam jet thermocompressor, which can save steam consumption. The falling film evaporator has the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, small temperature difference, low boiling point rise, small power equipment, short heating time, etc. At the same time, it features a large concentration ratio (1:10), wide application range, large processing capacity, short residence time, small floor space, and continuous production. The vapor-liquid separator of the evaporator adopts a cyclone separator, which has the advantages of large processing capacity per unit volume, thorough vapor-liquid separation, low mist entrainment and low COD of condensate water. Falling film evaporators are particularly suitable for the evaporation of heat-sensitive materials, as well as for the concentration of materials with high viscosity, high output concentration, corrosiveness and large evaporation volume.
Due to the high heat transfer coefficient of the falling film evaporator, it is suitable for the characteristics of small temperature difference and high vacuum evaporation. It can be widely used in waste heat evaporation systems composed of low-temperature waste heat and residual heat (condensate water, flash steam from flash evaporation of process materials), which can greatly reduce the consumption of fresh steam and achieve the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction. The control of the evaporator can adopt: manual control, semi-automatic control system, fully automatic PLC control system, and DCS process control system. The final concentration of the product is obtained by ensuring the constancy of steam pressure, product feed rate and vacuum degree through an automatic control system.
