The D series models belong to multi-channel visual counting machines with three-level vibrating disc feeding and multi-channel architecture. They are suitable for high packaging speed and small quantity material counting requirements. They are especially suitable for small regular materials with a packaging speed of more than 40 packs per minute and a quantity of no more than 60 pieces per pack. Each camera has eight channels for synchronous recognition and strong compatibility. The feeding channels adopt three-level vibration control, with adjustable vibration frequency and amplitude. Through the speed difference between the front and back multiple channels and other mechanical structure assistance, the materials can pass through in sequence, effectively improving the counting accuracy.
