The front end of the equipment is equipped with an automatic conveyor, which perfectly connects to the noodle press inlet and effectively improves work efficiency.
During pressing, the dough is continuously kneaded and evenly dusted with flour, gradually thinning from thick to thin without damaging the gluten structure. This produces noodles of uniform thickness and size. After the dough sheet is formed, uniform-length noodle strips are further cut.
The equipment adopts a human-machine interface (HMI), making intelligent operation simple and convenient. It allows unilateral and bidirectional adjustment of the noodle press thickness to meet the requirements of different products. The pressing speed can also be customized according to customer needs.
