Function description:
The UHT sterilizer for materials (including degassing unit) is composed of a stainless steel frame, a material balance tank, a hot water tank, a heat recovery tube, a sterilization holding section, and a cooling tube. After CIP cleaning and self-sterilization, the raw materials at room temperature are pressurized by a material pump through the balance tank, and then undergo preheating, sterilization, heat preservation, and cooling. The materials are discharged under back pressure to the aseptic storage tank of the combined machine. The sterilizer is equipped with a complete steam system, hot water system, and degassing control system, which can achieve self-sterilization at 137℃/60min and sterilization of materials at other temperatures. The discharge temperature is about 25℃.
