Host control valve island
Function description:
The aseptic balance tank control valve island acts as the control center, connecting all auxiliary machines and the aseptic tank in the middle. The feeding, CIP, COP, SIP, and SOP of the aseptic balance tank are all controlled through the valve island.

1) Hygienic construction - All components in contact with fluids are made of high-quality stainless steel.
2) Simple operation - The system is centrally controlled by PLC, and all process detections can be displayed on the touch screen. Operators only need to set parameters on the touch screen and monitor the stability of the system operation through the data detection system on the touch screen.
3) Capable of CIP cleaning and hot water SIP sterilization - The equipment is composed of heat-resistant components and can be cleaned and disinfected with hot water and specified chemical solutions.
