The equipment consists of six main parts:
(1) Meatball Forming: The tank is made of 2mm/304 stainless steel, equipped with a hot water circulation pump to power the forward movement of meatballs. Two reducers at the end of the tank drive the scraper and conveyor chain plate respectively, ensuring steady delivery to the cooking tank.
(2) Cooking Tank: Also made of 2mm/304 stainless steel. Meatballs are moved forward by multiple sets of scrapers and the discharge chain plate. Speed is adjusted via frequency inverter to meet process requirements.
(3) Cooling Tank: Features water inlet and filtration outlet. Cooked meatballs are rapidly cooled for plating and refrigeration.
(4) Steam Piping and Water Circulation System: Symmetrically installed steam pipes in forming and cooking tanks, controlled by steam valves to maintain preset temperatures. Adjustable water circulation in the forming tank ensures proper movement speed based on output.
(5) Electrical Control System: Powered by frequency inverters, the scraper and conveyor chain speeds are adjustable across a wide range to meet production needs.
(6) Insulation Measures: 1. Insulation cotton between the inner liner and outer layer of tanks reduces heat loss and saves steam. 2. Steam hoods and anti-overflow curtains are installed from the forming end through the cooking tank.
